Which questions I will be asked by both car insurance company adjusters after an accident?

· Explain everything about the accident.

· Where did it happen?

· Who was the driver?

· Passengers of your car. Contact information

· Was any policeman come to the place? Was a report prepared by him?

· What vehicle was involved? Models, colors, years, registered owners.

· Was the vehicle smashed up? What parts?

· Injured anyone?

· Witness? Name, contact information.

Some other questions the other vehicle’s insurer might ask:

· Were you injured? Which part?

· Were you injured or treated to that part of the body ever before?

· The time of your recent treatment of that body part.

· The suggestions of the doctor at that period.

Before answering these questions you should be careful. Suppose you had an injury 5years ago and the last 4years you are fine, but if you tell this to the insurer he will try to make it as an aggravation of that injury. So, it is best to talk to a doctor first and be sure you are getting a fair conclusion.

    So many things were asked when a person falls into this trap. I have not personally faced this situation but many of friends have shared that the claim process is not at all an enjoyable experience. Thanks for listing so many questions that will probably be asked by the adjuster.
