You should note his address, name, phone number, license number etc. It is important to note his insurance information (name of his insurance company and insurance policy number). You should note the model number, color, license plate number of the other car. If you have a mobile phone with camera, just take some pictures of the other vehicle and all of its damage. You should take pictures of your car also. If any police man comes to the place, know about the report, when it will be prepared and how to get it. Write down the police officer’s contact information. If the accident was for your fault, don’t take responsibility for that accident. The driver of the other car might have been responsible also.
